Clare McCartin, Managing Partner, Search & Advisory, is “Delighted to welcome Luke and Alex as key leaders of our growing Advisory team. Our Public Sector clients have been telling us for several years they want further options to support them in a range of areas, but the perennial challenge of customer and technology-led transformation was always of most prominent importance to them. So, just as we do when we take executive searches to the market, we spoke to our government clients to find out when these have succeeded and who was involved. Luke and Alex’s names consistently came up as proven and trusted by the public sector.”

Alex Ferguson said she is “thrilled to join the very talented Davidson team and continue my passion for leading organisational transformation and driving meaningful change for my clients."

Luke Heine is quoted as saying, “I’m humbled to have the opportunity to work lead the National Business Advisory team at Davidson and work alongside my Search colleagues to support the leaders they place with their diverse challenges.”

If you’d like to speak to our team about any of your transformation needs, please reach out to Luke or Aleksandra
