The Opportunity
Join a leading Utilities organisation as a SAP Architect, shaping how SAP CRM and Salesforce support complex utility customer journeys, from sales through to fulfilment and ongoing service.
The Role
In this role, you will be the go to architect for CRM and customer platforms, working closely with business and delivery teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment to agreed standards and patterns
- Provide functional and technical guidance across SAP CRM, Salesforce, and related platforms
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that support evolving business needs
- Lead PoCs and MVPs to showcase emerging technologies and customer journey improvements
- Maintain clear, current architecture and solution documentation, including impacts of change
- Support incident, escalation, and complaint management with robust root cause analysis
About You
You blend deep utilities domain knowledge with hands on SAP ISU architecture experience and clear communication.
- Demonstrated experience working within Utilities, sepcifically across SAP ISU
- Strong process and integration knowledge in SAP CRM and Salesforce within utilities
- Proven ability to run FIT GAP workshops and influence stakeholders to optimal outcomes
- Confident translating business needs into designs, configurations, and end to end test scenarios
- Comfortable with HANA and SQL, and a techno functional mindset with appetite to learn
- Excellent communication skills and the abilitiy to translate both functional and technical requirements
