We’re looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Advisor
to play a key role in attracting and securing top talent across our client's business. This is a hands-on, internal recruitment role, supporting leaders in shaping the teams driving major transformation and delivery initiatives.
About the Role
Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you’ll:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of corporate roles
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to identify high-calibre talent in competitive markets
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective talent solutions
- Champion the candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand in the market
- Leverage data and insights to inform hiring decisions and process improvements
About You
You’re a confident, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment. You bring:
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple disciplines in a corporate environment
- A track record of engaging hard-to-find talent through innovative sourcing methods
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- A genuine passion for matching great people to meaningful work
