About the Role
We’re seeking a mid-level BA (3–5 years’ experience) to join a major Payroll System Transformation project.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact initiative that will modernise payroll operations and integrate with Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Lead process mapping and process improvement activities to streamline payroll workflows.
- Support system design and configuration aligned with Workday capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops, manage documentation, and ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
- Assist with testing, change management, and implementation activities.
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in HR or payroll projects.
- Hands-on experience with Workday (HRIS or payroll modules) (Preferred).
- Prior experience withing banking and/or finance as a business process analyst
- Strong skills in process analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
