Rohan takes on the role of Client Lead, bringing over two decades of experience delivering transformation across Salesforce, Experteq, and Carbonx. His work with Tier 1 financial institutions has focused on enterprise change, cloud modernisation, and customer outcomes.
 
Maciek joins as Sector Lead, following senior roles at IBM, NCS Australia, and multiple technology scale-ups. From global banking programs to blockchain innovation and VC-backed startups, Maciek brings commercial leadership and deep sector insight.
 
Together, Rohan and Maciek will drive Davidson’s strategy across banking, insurance, and fintech—offering clients a unique blend of enterprise rigour and startup agility.
