As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Workforce Planning & Operations Manager to help shape the next stage of our journey.

About the Role
This newly created leadership role will play a critical part in ensuring our workforce, systems and operational structures continue to support exceptional participant outcomes as the organisation expands.

Working closely with the founders and leadership team, you'll lead workforce planning initiatives, improve operational efficiency and help develop scalable workforce models that support both sustainable growth and high quality service delivery.

You'll bring structure, insight and strategic thinking to workforce operations while maintaining a strong focus on the people at the heart of everything they do.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading workforce planning and workforce optimisation initiatives
  • Developing workforce models that support participant needs and organisational growth
  • Forecasting workforce demand, capacity and resource requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workforce utilisation and operational performance
  • Supporting workforce capability, succession planning and future growth initiatives
  • Using workforce and operational data to support decision making
  • Partnering with leaders across the organisation to drive continuous improvement
  • Contributing to strategic planning and organisational development initiatives

About You
You are a commercially minded operational leader who understands that workforce planning is ultimately about people.

To really excel in this role, you will have experience in workforce planning, operations management, service delivery leadership in a similar role within disability, community services, healthcare or aged care
