ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of Workday Human Capital Management solutions. This role will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned HR system outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning
- Design and maintain business processes, security roles, and data structures
- Build and manage integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Execute unit testing, UAT, end-to-end testing, and support go-live activities
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday solutions
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements
- Stay current with Workday releases and new features
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM implementation and support experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Proven experience configuring Workday modules and integrations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Nice to Have:
- Workday Core HCM or module certifications
- Experience with global or multi-region implementations
- Knowledge of HR compliance and best practices
