Davidson is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to secure an experienced Workato Integration Developer for a contract opportunity within their Enterprise Technology division.
About the Role
We are seeking a Workato Integration Developer with around 5–6 years of hands-on integration experience, ideally with strong recent exposure to the Workato platform.
The role will focus on designing, building and supporting enterprise integrations and ETL workflows across platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Finance, HR and other SaaS applications.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, building and optimising integrations using Workato.
- Delivering end-to-end enterprise integrations across APIs, file-based integrations, databases, SFTP and application connectors.
- Developing ETL workflows, including data transformation, validation, error handling and logging.
- Supporting project delivery across design, build, testing, deployment and HyperCare.
- Preparing technical documentation, data mappings, integration specifications and operational runbooks.
- Supporting BAU handover, incident management, monitoring and production support.
- Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, data mapping and integration logic.
About You The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate strong hands-on Workato capability and experience delivering enterprise-grade integrations in a large environment.
You will bring:
- Around 5–6 years of hands-on integration and ETL development experience.
- Strong recent experience with Workato.
- Experience with APIs, file-based integrations, databases and SFTP.
- Strong knowledge of JSON, XML and CSV.
- Experience with authentication methods including OAuth and SAML.
- Experience integrating platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Finance, HR, Procurement or other SaaS/cloud applications.
- Solid troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Comfort working in Agile delivery teams and sprint-based delivery models.
- The ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting both project delivery and BAU operational support.
