Warehouse & Site Support Coordinator

Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics

We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Site Support Officer to join a busy operational site for a 12-month contract. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in keeping things organised, and can help ensure materials and site operations run smoothly.

Given the site’s location, we are open to both part-time and full-time candidates, with flexibility around how hours are structured. This could suit someone looking for 3 full days per week or 4–5 shorter days, provided a minimum of 24 hours per week is worked.

Due to the remote nature of the site, preference will be given to candidates who live within reasonable proximity.

The role

This is a hands-on and varied position, supporting warehouse operations, inventory control and general site coordination. You will play an important role in ensuring parts, materials and equipment are stored correctly, tracked accurately and ready when needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain the warehouse, including racking, layout and labelling
  • Manage inventory control, including stock checks and system accuracy
  • Receive incoming deliveries and ensure materials are stored appropriately
  • Coordinate materials and transport so technicians are not required to manage pickups
  • Prepare and stage materials for planned maintenance activities
  • Support coordination tasks such as parts tracking, ordering follow-ups and supplier liaison
  • Assist with general administration including filing, document control and vehicle servicing/check coordination

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring a practical, self-sufficient approach and be comfortable working in a remote site environment with limited supervision.

You will ideally have:

  • A current forklift licence- mandatory
  • Previous experience in warehouse, stores or inventory control
  • Exposure to SAP or similar inventory systems preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and proactively
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work

What’s on offer

  • Flexible part-time or full-time arrangement
  • Minimum 24 hours per week
  • 12-month contract opportunity
  • A varied role with autonomy and ownership
  • Supportive team environment

If you are an experienced warehouse or stores professional looking for a flexible opportunity and enjoy working in a hands-on site-based role, we would love to hear from you.
