We’re recruiting on behalf of a national industry leader in heavy machinery, seeking a skilled and safety-minded Warehouse Officer to join their tight-knit team.

About the role
You’ll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly — from unloading 8T forklifts to managing dispatch in SAP. Every day will be different, with a mix of practical work and system-based coordination.
- Load and unload trucks using an 8T forklift(heavy component handling).
- Check and process incoming/outgoing goods with accuracy.
- Complete paperwork and maintain stock records in SAP and Excel.
- Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory control.
- Keep the warehouse organised, safe, and efficient.
- Work closely with a supportive, high-performing team.
About You
We’re after a reliable operator who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and brings a safety-first mindset.
You’ll need:
- A current Forklift Licence(experience with heavy loads or large forklifts ideal).
- Solid computer skills – Excel and Outlook proficiency required.
- A flexible approach to hours and occasional call-outs.
- High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safety and following procedures.
- To pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.
Bonus points if you have:
- SAP or ERP system experience.
- Background in machinery parts or component handling.
