About the Company
Our client is embarking on a major workforce transformation programme and is seeking a UKG Specialist to support the implementation of the scheduling and time & attendance components of the UKG (Kronos) platform.
About the Role
As the UKG Specialist, you will:
- Support the implementation of the scheduling module
- Assist with system testing activities
- Provide aftercare support for time & attendance, where required
- Gather and document requirements for scheduling
- Help enhance the existing team’s knowledge of UKG functionality and complexities
- Prepare documentation and stakeholder reports
- Plan and deliver the scheduling component, go-live targeted for later next year
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience working with UKG (Kronos), specifically time & attendance and/or scheduling
- A solid understanding of HRIS platforms, ideally in implementation and enhancement contexts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A collaborative approach and ability to share technical or functional knowledge with internal teams
