UKG Pro WFM Senior Consultant
Location:
Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced UKG Pro WFM Senior Consultant
to join a major workforce transformation program within a leading organisation in the telecommunications sector.
This is an immediate-start contract with possible extension, where you'll play a key role in delivering, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-scale UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions while working within a collaborative Agile environment.
About the Role
As the UKG Pro WFM Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality Workforce Management solutions, driving continuous improvements, and providing expert advice on best practices across the UKG platform.
You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to configure, enhance, optimise and support UKG Pro WFM while ensuring the platform continues to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions
- Configure and enhance Scheduling, Timekeeping, Leave Management and Pay Rules
- Provide architectural guidance and best practice recommendations
- Support Agile delivery and operational excellence
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the UKG platform
- Review and implement security policies and controls
- Evaluate new UKG capabilities and recommend future enhancements
- Collaborate with business, technical and offshore delivery teams
- Provide technical leadership within Agile delivery squads
About You
You'll bring strong hands-on UKG implementation experience together with the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
- 8+ years' experience delivering UKG Pro WFM or Kronos Workforce Central solutions
- Strong expertise across:
- Scheduling
- Timekeeping
- Leave & Absence Management
- Accruals & Balances
- Pay Rules & Work Rules
- Holiday Calendars
- Pay Codes
- Labour Levels
- Experience configuring Australian Awards, overtime and shift rules
- Knowledge of Dell Boomi/WIM integrations and REST APIs
- UKG Pro WFM Certifications (highly regarded)
- Strong Agile and DevOps delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects across onshore/offshore teams
