A large, multi-site healthcare organisation is rolling out UKG Pro
and needs a confident trainer to drive smooth adoption across varied clinical and corporate teams.
About the role
This is an urgent 8-week contract(ASAP start) for an experienced trainer to design and deliver engaging UKG Pro training across multiple locations and audiences.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to frontline staff through to senior leadership
- Create and maintain user guides, quick reference tools, presentations and video content
- Record professional training videos for on-demand learning
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance and completion tracking
- Provide follow-up support and build sustainable resources (FAQs, SharePoint content, supplementary videos)
Skills & experience required
You’ll bring proven experience delivering systems training in complex environments, with the ability to translate technical processes into clear, practical learning for busy teams.
- Demonstrated experience training on UKG Pro (or similar workforce / HR platforms)
- Strong capability building training materials (guides, decks, job aids, video content)
- Vyond experience creating animated learning content
- Confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint; comfortable with video recording/editing basics
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites as required
