About the Role
This role supports the functional analysis and delivery of integrations across a complex ST&A and payroll ecosystem, including Workday HCM, UKG (T&A/WFM), Dayforce aPay, Okta, Saviynt, analytics and legacy platforms.
In addition to hands-on analysis, this position will operate in a lead capacity across the integration stream. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, architects, developers, vendors and testing teams, ensuring alignment across requirements, design and delivery.
You will lead workshops, validate integration approaches, oversee data mapping and reconciliation, and support testing, cutover and go-live readiness. A strong focus is ensuring data integrity and cross-system alignment through integration-led data movement.
About You
You are a senior Integration or HR Systems Business Analyst experienced in complex enterprise environments. You are confident facilitating workshops, guiding solution discussions and influencing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
You bring strong integration analysis capability, a structured approach to documentation and testing, and the ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams while driving outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience leading requirements gathering for system integrations
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, time and attendance and workforce management processes
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, UKG or Dayforce
- Experience documenting integration specifications, data mappings and workflows
- Strong data analysis and reconciliation capability
- Experience supporting integration and end-to-end testing
- Strong stakeholder engagement across business, IT and vendors
Nice to Have
- Experience with Okta, Saviynt or similar identity platforms
- Exposure to integration-led data migration and cutover
- Large enterprise or higher education experience
- UKG, Workday or Dayforce certifications
