About the Company
A large organisation within the higher education sector, operating in a complex enterprise environment with modern HR, payroll, workforce management, and identity platforms. The organisation is undertaking significant integration-led transformation across its HR and payroll technology landscape.
About the Role
This role supports the functional analysis and delivery of integrations across a complex ST&A and payroll ecosystem, including Workday HCM, UKG (T&A/WFM), Dayforce aPay, Okta, Saviynt, and associated analytics and legacy systems.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, integration developers, vendors, and testing teams to gather and validate requirements, support integration design, analyse and reconcile data flows, and assist through testing, cutover, and go-live. A strong focus of the role is ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and alignment across systems using integration-led data movement rather than spreadsheet-based migration.
About You
You are an experienced Integration or HR Systems Business Analyst who is comfortable working across business and technical teams in complex environments. You have strong experience analysing system integrations, data mappings, and workflows, and you are confident supporting testing cycles, reconciliation activities, and go-live readiness. You communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and thrive in multi-system, enterprise programs.
