About the Role
As the Training Lead, you will own the design and execution of the end‑to‑end training and capability uplift strategy, supporting all phases of the program including design, build, migration, go‑live, and hypercare. You will partner closely with Change, Communications, technical teams, and business SMEs to embed new systems and ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the Training Strategy and Training Roadmap aligned to program phases
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all impacted business areas
- Design role‑based learning pathways (e.g. all staff, power users, specialist roles)
- Develop and oversee the delivery of blended learning solutions, including:
- Instructor‑led training (ILT)
- Virtual sessions
- eLearning modules
- Job aids and performance support materials
- Work collaboratively with Change & Communications, technical teams, and SMEs
- Establish a train‑the‑trainer or scalable delivery model
- Define and track training effectiveness, readiness, and adoption metrics
- Support cutover readiness and post‑go‑live capability uplift
About You
- Significant experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Change/Training roles
- Demonstrated success delivering training for enterprise-wide systems or platform transformations
- Strong experience leading training for large‑scale technology or digital transformation programs
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, user‑focused learning
- Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise‑wide, role‑based learning programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, multi‑stream environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, identity & access changes)
- Background in regulated or complex sectors (government, finance, health)
- Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or other change management frameworks
- Experience supporting low to medium digital literacy workforces
