About the Organisation
This organisation is undertaking a significant People Experience transformation, implementing the full Workday HCM suite across a diverse workforce of corporate, operational and field-based employees.
With a strong focus on safety, community and modern ways of working, this program will fundamentally change how leaders and employees interact with people systems and processes - requiring practical, on-the-ground training that works across very different workforce groups.
About the Role
We are seeking multiple experienced Workday Trainers commencing from 1st of June & July through until December 30th, to support the design, build and delivery of training across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role across the full lifecycle - from instructional design through to delivery and post go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Workday training materials and learning content
- Deliver engaging training across face-to-face, virtual and on-site environments
- Tailor training across corporate, leadership and field-based teams
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics and delivery across sites
- Track attendance, completion rates and training effectiveness
- Support hypercare and post go-live adoption
About you:
Essential experience
To be considered, you must have:
- Proven recent experience delivering training on Workday HCM implementations
- Strong exposure to Workday Core HCM (essential)
- Experience across modules such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment or Compensation
- Experience delivering training within large, complex or multi-site organisations
- Demonstrated ability to engage and deliver training across both blue-collar and white collar workforces
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

Additional Requirements
- Experience within utilities, government or similar complex environments
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
- Ability to travel across sites (Mango Hill, Maroochydore, Caboolture)
- Comfortable delivering training at varied times (including early starts)
- Experience delivering across blended learning environments (face-to-face, virtual, on-the-job)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g. SumTotal or similar)
- Understanding of change/adoption frameworks (e.g. ADKAR)
- Relevant qualifications in Learning & Development, HR or Workday certification (desirable)

Additional Details
- Day rate: $766.83 + super
- Travel to sites (Mango Hill, Maroochydore, Caboolture) required
- Early morning delivery (e.g. 6:30am sessions) may be required
