About the Role

This is a fast-paced coordination role where you'll become the central point for training scheduling and administration across the organisation.

With around 80% of your role focused on coordinating training activities, you'll manage a high volume of course bookings, trainer allocations, assessments and learning logistics while ensuring calendars remain accurate and stakeholders are kept informed.

  • Scheduling trainers, participants, training rooms and learning activities
  • Maintaining training calendars and communicating schedule changes
  • Managing learner enrolments, attendance, results and course records
  • Maintaining accurate information across learning and student management systems
  • Completing compliance checks and preparing routine reporting
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, meeting coordination and general administration

This is a full-time contract with hybrid flexibility, requiring a minimum of five days per fortnight in the Burwood East office.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience coordinating training, workforce scheduling, learning administration or a similar high-volume coordination role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience using a Learning Management System or Student Management System such as VETtrak, Moodle or a similar platform will be highly regarded
  • Exposure to an RTO, vocational education or enterprise learning environment is advantageous but not essential
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

The successful candidate will be required to complete a National Police Check, including fingerprinting, prior to commencement.

The Benefits

  • Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Immediate start available
  • Join a supportive and collaborative Learning & Development team
  • Opportunity to build experience within a large and highly regarded organisation
