About the Company

Our client is a highly regarded Australian organisation undertaking a significant workforce technology transformation to modernise its workforce management and payroll capabilities. As part of this enterprise-wide program, they are implementing UKG Workforce Management and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trainer to play a key role in driving user readiness and successful adoption.

This is a collaborative project environment where you'll work alongside Change, Project, Functional and Business teams to support a large and diverse workforce through a major technology transformation.

About the Role

As the Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering engaging, practical training solutions that prepare employees, managers and payroll teams to confidently use the new workforce management and payroll systems.

Working closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, SMEs and Change professionals, you'll translate complex system functionality and business processes into clear, user-friendly learning materials and deliver training across a variety of audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver end-user training across UKG Workforce Management and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Develop facilitator guides, user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, presentations and digital learning content
  • Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions to employees, managers, payroll teams and system administrators
  • Develop role-based and scenario-driven learning for workforce management, rostering, time and attendance, payroll and employee processes
  • Support train-the-trainer and super-user programs to build internal capability
  • Maintain training schedules, attendance records and completion reporting
  • Partner with the Change team to ensure training aligns with communications, business readiness and adoption activities
  • Update learning materials as system configuration evolves throughout the project lifecycle
  • Gather learner feedback and identify opportunities for additional support and continuous improvement
  • Provide go-live support through floor-walking, refresher sessions and user guidance

About You

You'll be an experienced systems trainer with a passion for helping people embrace new technology and business processes. You enjoy working in fast-paced project environments and have the ability to simplify complex systems into engaging learning experiences.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering training for large-scale technology or business transformation programs
  • Experience with UKG, SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR, payroll or workforce management platforms
  • Strong understanding of workforce management, rostering, time and attendance and/or payroll processes
  • Experience developing training materials from functional designs, business processes and configured solutions
  • Excellent instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging learning resources for a variety of audiences
  • Confidence delivering both classroom and virtual training sessions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams and the business
  • Experience supporting go-live activities and post-implementation user adoption
  • Previous experience within healthcare or another complex operational environment will be highly regarded
