The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO Developer to join their growing team. This is a pure development role with no support responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to focus on designing and delivering enterprise-scale integration solutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team supporting the finance sector, with a focus on workflow and integration for a major platforms.
Must be able to attend the office in Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle or Wollongong CBD office 1-2 days per week. Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for this position.
The Role
As a Senior TIBCO Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration workflows using TIBCO tools, with a focus on Integration WorkSpace (IWS).
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Delivering development solutions across both on-prem legacy systems and AWS-hosted platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver workflow and integration changes across enterprise platforms.
- Using GitHub for version control and PL/SQL for backend data interaction.
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, and supporting project delivery.
- Ensuring quality, performance, and scalability of all integration solutions.
About You
In order to be a successful applicant you will have extensive experience of hands-on TIBCO development experience (BW 5.x, EMS 8.x, ActiveMatrix, TRA, iProcess 11.x).
You will also have:
- Proven experience working with workflow platforms, ideally with IWS (Integration WorkSpace).
- Demonstrated ability to work across both legacy on-prem and cloud-native (AWS) environments.
- Strong PL/SQL and GitHub experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
