About the Role
An experienced Test Manager is required to support the delivery of a SAP ECP implementation, with a strong focus on the Payroll module. You will lead testing activities across the program, ensuring quality outcomes across payroll and broader HR systems.
Key focus areas include:
- Leading end-to-end testing for SAP ECP Payroll
- Driving payroll systems testing across multiple phases
- Overseeing HRIS systems testing to ensure integration and data accuracy
- Managing test planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Working closely with stakeholders to validate business requirements and outcomes
About You
You are a seasoned Test Manager with a strong background in HR systems, particularly SAP ECP Payroll. You bring a hands-on approach to testing and thrive in complex transformation environments.
You will have:
- Proven experience in SAP ECP, with Payroll as a primary focus
- Strong experience in payroll systems testing
- Exposure to HRIS systems testing
- The ability to lead testing activities and engage effectively with stakeholders
- A structured approach to test strategy, execution, and quality assurance
