About the Role
Seeking an experienced Test Lead / Business Analyst to support a D365 ERP implementation covering modules such as, sales, supply chain and finance.
This is a hands-on, dual role, which will see you working as a conduit between the technical and non-technical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis
- Requiremensts gathering and workshopping
- Process mapping – Current v future state
- Test Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate and drive UAT execution across multiple business streams.
- Lead and support business SMEs through the testing process with a patient, hands-on approach.
- Progressively take over responsibility from the current Test Lead.
- Defect & Test Management
- Own the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, tracking and resolution.
- Liaise between business testers, technical teams and the implementation partner to ensure timely outcomes.
- Validate defect fixes prior to business re-testing where required.
- Reporting & Governance
- Review test sheets and evidence to ensure results are captured accurately.
- Collate testing outcomes and produce clear daily progress and defect reports.
- Track progress across UAT cycles and proactively identify risks and blockers.
About You
- Significant prior experience in Testing and Business Analysis
- Strong experience leading or managing UAT for ERP implementations
- Prior business analyst experience working across ERP implementations (preferably D365)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience
- Azure DevOps
- FMCG experience (preferred)
- Exposure to Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain and/or Finance processes (preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence working with non-technical business users, providing guidance and reassurance
