Davidson Technology Consulting are hiring! We are seeking experienced Business Test Analyst to support a major Financial Services transformation program in Brisbane. This role will suit a hands-on testing professional with strong retail banking experience, particularly across lending and deposits, who can confidently work across testing, data validation and stakeholder coordination in a complex delivery environment.

What you will be doing

· Support testing across SIT, E2E, regression and UAT.
· Assist with integration, migration or divestment testing activities.
· Perform data validation, reconciliation and defect management.
· Partner with business, technology and vendor teams across delivery.
· Contribute to cutover readiness and hypercare support.


What we are looking for

· 5+ years of testing experience in Financial Services, ideally across retail banking.
· Strong domain knowledge across deposits, loans, mortgages, cards and payments.
· Experience supporting integration, migration or divestment testing, including data validation and reconciliation.
· Hands-on delivery across SIT, E2E, UAT support, defect management and regression testing.
· Strong coordination skills to support cutover readiness and hypercare.
