The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) across a complex AML/CTF platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that systems, data flows, and rules are thoroughly validated, helping deliver a compliant, resilient, and high-quality platform that strengthens financial crime detection and protects end clients.

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for leading and executing integration testing across multiple systems while ensuring data accuracy, rule-based workflows, and compliance are maintained. Key accountabilities include:

  • Leading SIT across Compass, Evolve, SuperB, TAS, and Napier AI.

  • Analysing Interface Control Documents, data mapping rules, and transformation logic to design SIT cases.

  • Validating data flows from the Unified Data Platform (UDP) into Napier AI.

  • Executing SIT scenarios using Jira + Xray with detailed evidence capture.

  • Engaging with SMEs to define and validate synthetic/de-identified data.

  • Testing AML rule-based alerts, escalations, and workflows.

  • Driving defect triage, retesting, and closure with cross-functional teams.

  • Maintaining traceability through structured documentation and test dashboards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring deep technical and domain expertise, with a strong background in SIT within complex, regulated environments. We’re looking for:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (required); ISTQB desirable.

  • Extensive QA/testing experience with a strong focus on SIT in financial services.

  • Proven experience testing AML/CTF platforms such as Napier or Actimize.

  • Solid background in data/ETL testing, pipelines, and Unified Data Platforms.

  • Strong proficiency with Jira, Xray, Confluence, and standard testing frameworks.

  • Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman) for multi-source data validation.

  • Experience with synthetic/de-identified data usage in test environments.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • An Agile mindset, capable of managing priorities in dynamic environments.
