An excellent short-term opportunity is available for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a well-established property portfolio based in the Brisbane CBD.
Supporting a portfolio of multiple industrial assets and a commercial property, this role will see you take ownership of day-to-day facilities coordination, stakeholder management, contractor management, and upcoming building inspections across sites located within close proximity to Brisbane (typically within 20 minutes, all within 45 minutes).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage facilities operations across a portfolio of predominantly industrial assets.
- Coordinate and complete quarterly building inspections.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure assets are maintained to a high standard, addressing maintenance and compliance requirements.
- Support general facilities management activities across the portfolio.
Role Details
- Contract Duration – Mid August 2026
- Location: Brisbane CBD (office-based Monday–Friday)
- Flexibility: Work from home available after initial onboarding.
- Travel: All sites within 45 minutes of Brisbane (most within 20 minutes)
- Parking: Free CBD parking provided.
About You
- Experienced in Facilities Management (ideally across industrial or commercial assets).
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders across tenants, landlords, and internal teams.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Access to a vehicle.
