About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Technical PM / Business Analyst to support a major financial services transition program focused on the Data and Access Controls Framework.
This contract will suit a structured and pragmatic PM/BA with 5-8 years experience in financial services, ideally retail banking, who is comfortable working across business analysis, project coordination, stakeholder management and control implementation tracking.
You will support the definition, documentation and coordination of data and access controls across a complex transition program. Working closely with business, technology, risk, security and delivery teams, you will help ensure key controls are clearly documented, tracked and implemented in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document data and access control requirements.
- Support controls across physical security, logical access, data transfer, data movement, data handling and usage restrictions.
- Coordinate monitoring, logging and evidence requirements.
- Maintain plans, RAID logs, action trackers and implementation status updates.
- Run workshops and capture clear outcomes, actions and decisions.
- Work across business and technology stakeholders to drive clarity and progress.
- Support first-line control implementation assurance activities.
About You
You will bring:
- 5-8 years experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, Project Coordinator or hybrid PM/BA.
- Experience in financial services, ideally retail banking.
- Exposure to data migration, transition, separation, transformation or integration programs.
- Practical understanding of data controls, access controls or control frameworks.
- Strong documentation, workshop facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience maintaining RAID logs, action trackers, plans and status reporting.
- A hands-on, structured and pragmatic delivery style.
- Comfort working in a regulated environment with governance and assurance expectations.
- Can start by mid May 2026
