About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Technical Lead to join a large-scale Data and Digital Delivery Enablement Program. This role will play a critical part in delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives across enterprise applications, digital platforms, and infrastructure environments.

This position is ideal for a delivery-focused technical leader who enjoys working across diverse technology landscapes and guiding teams through the design, implementation, and transition of solutions into operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership across project and program delivery initiatives.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications and systems.
  • Define technical requirements, solution approaches, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Guide engineering teams on architecture, development standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct technical reviews, mentor developers, and support problem resolution.
  • Coordinate activities across developers, architects, operations teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure governance, documentation, testing, and go-live requirements are completed.
  • Establish and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and effective transition to operational support teams.


About You

  • Strong experience in software development and technical delivery leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate architectural designs into implementable solutions.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Understanding of security standards, testing practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Strong documentation and delivery governance capabilities.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems, networking, and data architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Previous experience within large, regulated environments and federal government sectors.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience implementing solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
  • Experience with bespoke application architectures.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps toolsets including GitLab, SonarQube, Nexus, JMeter, Maven, Selenium, and Clair.
  • Experience across both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Broad technical exposure across technologies such as Linux, Oracle, Python, Java, C/C++, databases, and enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration platforms.
