Davidson are partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven organisation undergoing significant investment in its technology landscape. As part of this evolution, they’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst
to play a key role in shaping integration and automation initiatives across the business.
This is not a “run-of-the-mill” BA role. It’s suited to someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys connecting systems to real business outcomes, and can confidently operate at a senior stakeholder level.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end business analysis across integration and workflow initiatives - bridging the gap between business strategy, operational processes and technical delivery.
A major focus of the role is ensuring integrations are aligned with business workflows, while producing high-quality documentation that enables scalable, sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end business analysis across integration and automation initiatives, from problem definition through to delivery and benefits realisation
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to analyse and map end-to-end business processes, translating needs into clear, value-driven requirements
- Aligning business strategy, operational workflows and system capabilities to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions
- Owning and uplift integration and process documentation, including data mappings, interface definitions and workflow models
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and delivery teams to shape solutions, facilitate workshops, and support testing through to successful implementation
About You
You’re a seasoned Technical BA who can operate confidently in enterprise environments and bring structure to ambiguity.
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience delivering complex integration and automation initiatives
- Proven ability to map end-to-end processes and understand upstream/downstream impacts
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience working alongside architects, integration engineers and data teams
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to testing cycles, including UAT and defect management
Highly desirable:
- Experience within the Workday ecosystem(integrations, regression testing, downstream impacts)
- Background in regulated industries such as health, aged care or similar
Why Apply?
- Permanent role with a hybrid working model
- Opportunity to influence large-scale integration and transformation initiatives
- Work in an environment that values collaboration, clarity and long-term impact
- Attractive benefits package, including up to 18% additional value on top of your base salary through salary sacrificing and other benefits
