Our Client:
A Queensland government agency leading a major enterprise transformation program.
The Role:
Join a high-profile transformation initiative as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data migration across multiple business units. You'll support the delivery of an integrated CRM, workflow, and data solution that streamlines regulatory operations and enhances data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop clear user stories, process maps, and user journeys, supporting Agile delivery using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Lead end-to-end data migration activities, including planning, mapping, profiling, cleansing, validation, and cutover.
- Define and document data rules, field-level specifications, and test cases; support mock loads, defect triage, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with data analysts, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on data models and transformation logic.
- Build strong relationships across business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication between all parties involved.
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced on complex enterprise programs
- Proven success in multi-system data migration and transformation projects
- Skilled in documenting processes, data specs, and requirements
- Strong background in Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiar with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of identity verification solutions and system integration
