Technical Business Analyst
Location:
Sydney, Canberra or Brisbane
6 month initial contract with an option to extend 2X3 months

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in capturing and refining business requirements, analysing complex technical needs, and supporting the successful integration and enhancement of digital health systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical analysis across complex systems integration and software development lifecycle activities
- Capture and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
- Produce artefacts suited to product and project needs, including BPMN diagrams
- Engage in strategic planning, risk assessment and continuous improvement
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and manage change effectively
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, technical business requirements gathering, and Agile delivery
- Understanding of Australian Healthcare System
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline security clearance
- Australian Citizenship required
