Technical Business Analyst - ERP Program | 12-Month Contract with extension


· Hybrid 3 days onsite in Melbourne inner CBD suburb
· Mid / Late May 2026 start a must
· Lead discovery, ERP analysis, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies
· Valid work rights for Australia required


Davidson Technology Consulting is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Technical Business Analysts to help shape discovery, design, and delivery across a complex enterprise environment.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can confidently bridge business and technical stakeholders, bringing structure to ambiguity and clarity to complex application, data, and integration landscapes.

You’ll play a critical role in understanding business needs, documenting requirements, mapping dependencies across 40+ enterprise applications, and supporting alignment between ERP capability and surrounding systems.


What you’ll be doing

· Lead business and technical discovery across a broad enterprise application landscape
· Elicit, analyse, and document current and future-state business requirements
· Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications
· Analyse integrations, interfaces, data flows, and system dependencies
· Support data, migration, and source-of-truth discussions across the program
· Produce high-quality artefacts including requirements, inventories, interface definitions, RAID logs, and data flow diagrams
· Work closely with SMEs, application owners, vendors, and delivery teams to support informed decision-making and reduce delivery risk


What we’re looking for

· Proven Business Analysis experience within complex enterprise or transformation programs
· Strong technical aptitude across integrations, enterprise applications, and data structures
· Experience supporting ERP or large-scale business systems environments
· Ability to work across discovery, design, build, and transition phases
· Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and governance capability
