About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.
- Coordinate design and approval of interface requirements for integration APIs.
- Act as liaison between business units and technical teams for clear communication.
- Draft stakeholder engagement plans and governance documentation.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide input on technical feasibility.
- Conduct gap, impact, and root cause analyses for system changes.
- Collaborate with QA, developers, and product managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Assist with end-user test planning and execution
About You
- Significant experience as a technical business analyst
- Prior experience working on complex platform integration projects
- Experience working with AWS
- Experience with complex customer-facing web applications and digital platforms.
- A strong background in and understanding of API integrations
- Experience in the utilities industry (preferred)
- Background in software development/engineering (preferred)
