ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will provide deep expertise in ServiceNow Risk and Compliance, focusing on Event Management, Control Management, and Obligations. This role involves advising on best practices, designing solutions, and supporting implementation to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME for ServiceNow Risk and Compliance modules, including BCP.
- Provide guidance on Event Management, Control Management, and Obligations processes.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure technical feasibility and compliance.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of implemented solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of IT experience, with minimum 4+ years in ServiceNow Risk and Compliance.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCP).
- Expertise in Event Management, Control Management, and Obligations workflows.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
