The Opportunity
The client is delivering a major Salesforce Public Sector Cloud transformation program focused on licence and case management. With go-live approaching, this is an exciting chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical build is robust, efficient, and aligned to best practice standards. You will work closely with the program architect and oversee both onshore and offshore delivery teams, contributing to a high-profile state government initiative.
Must be able to attend the Sydney CBD office 2-3 days per week. Sydney location is preferred but also open to Melbourne (Melbourne CBD office), possibly remote. Immediate start, a 2 week notice period can be considered. Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for this position.
The Role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead you will be responsible for overseeing development activities and ensuring technical solutions align with architectural direction.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the program architect to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Providing hands-on expertise in Omnistudio/Omniscript and Public Sector Cloud.
- Guiding and mentoring developers and testers to maintain delivery quality.
- Coordinating with offshore technical leads to manage build and implementation.
- Supporting solution design and resolving technical issues across the program.
- Promoting Salesforce best practices across the delivery team.
About You
In order to be a successful applicant you will bring strong Salesforce technical leadership experience.
You will also have:
- Proven hands-on skills in Salesforce Public Sector Cloud and Omnistudio/Omniscript.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and testers to lift team capability.
- Availability for an ASAP start, ideally Sydney-based (flexibility for Melbourne or remote).
