The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a collaborative and values-driven People & Culture team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, partnering closely with leaders to attract and secure high-quality talent.

You will bring a proactive, consultative approach to recruitment, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while contributing to broader talent strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of corporate and operational roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-calibre candidates
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with best practice
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of systems, processes and reporting

About You

You are a driven and adaptable Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine passion for connecting people with meaningful work.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within complex or multi-site environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • A proactive sourcing mindset and ability to build talent pipelines
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
