We’re partnering with a well-known organisation currently delivering a significant pipeline of engineering and infrastructure projects across Australia.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring in an experienced recruiter who can step in, pick things up quickly and support a high-volume, fast-moving portfolio.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities and partnering closely with stakeholders to get outcomes on the board
About the role
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across engineering, technical and project-based roles
- Working across a high-volume portfolio with competing priorities
- Partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand requirements and drive outcomes
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, networks and direct approaches
- Building talent pipelines for ongoing and future project needs
- Using systems and data to manage workflow and maintain momentum
About You
- Previous experience in agency or internal recruitment (ideally within engineering, construction or technical environments)
- Comfortable managing a high-volume workload and working at pace
- Strong sourcing capability - able to find and engage candidates beyond job ads
- Confident working with stakeholders and managing expectations
- Strong systems capability (ATS/CRM experience)
- Someone who is proactive, resilient and enjoys being hands-on
