Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role is responsible for shaping and elevating the national Talent Acquisition function while remaining deeply connected to hands-on recruitment delivery. You will design and execute the talent strategy, strengthen specialist clinical and operational pipelines, and embed consistent, high quality recruitment practices across 110 clinics and the Support Office. You will also play a pivotal role in the implementation and optimisation of SmartRecruiters, ensuring the organisation benefits from streamlined workflows, strong data integrity, and a contemporary, intuitive recruitment experience. At its core, this role blends strategic leadership with meaningful on-the-ground delivery, supporting leaders with insight, foresight, and exceptional service.
To be successful in this role you must bring a sophisticated blend of strategic capability and practical recruitment expertise. You are a talent acquisition expert who thrives when building strong, sustainable pipelines and partnering with senior stakeholders to anticipate and meet workforce needs. You are data literate, systems savvy, and passionate about creating a recruitment experience that is both human and high performing.
