Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you’ll:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialist technical and engineering roles
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to identify high-calibre talent in competitive markets
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective talent solutions
- Champion the candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand in the market
- Leverage data and insights to inform hiring decisions and process improvements

- Proven experience recruiting across engineering or technology disciplines
- A track record of engaging hard-to-find talent through innovative sourcing methods
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
