We’re seeking a skilled Citrix Systems Engineer to take ownership of the organisation’s Citrix environments, overseeing monitoring, reporting, and maintenance across both on-prem and cloud-hosted platforms. You’ll manage virtual apps, desktops, and gateways, ensuring secure, reliable access for users while maintaining strong performance and stability.

About you:

You’re a hands-on Citrix professional with a background in DaaS, cloud, and virtualisation technologies. You understand how to balance technical excellence with user experience - solving problems before they escalate and keeping systems running smoothly. You take pride in your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and document your work to a high standard.


You’ll bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or relevant experience (Citrix certifications highly regarded)
  • 3–5 years’ experience supporting Citrix environments (NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid DaaS architecture
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills within Citrix DaaS environments
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and Windows 10/11 VDIs
  • Familiarity with VMware vCenter, application packaging, and monitoring tools (Citrix Director, Citrix Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a strong customer service focus
