About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer
to support and enhance the modern workplace and infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of BAU support and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patching and firmware updates across the environment using Intune and WSUS (servers)
- Provide endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, primarily across Windows devices (approx. 80%) with some Mac support (approx. 20%)
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
- Teams
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint
- Deliver Level 2 / Level 3 support to the Service Desk team
- Maintain and update operational and technical documentation
- Contribute to system improvements and ongoing optimisation initiatives
About You
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (endpoint management, patching, policy management)
- Solid understanding of WSUS and server patching
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 platforms
- Experience providing L2/L3 technical support
- Exposure to Mac device support in a Windows environment
- Linux administration experience (desirable)
- Commvault experience (highly desirable)
- Willing to be on-site 4 days a week
