Are you an experienced supply chain professional ready to shape and lead a centralised supply chain function within a growing manufacturing group? This newly created role offers the chance to build processes, frameworks, and policies from the ground up, while making a real impact across logistics, inventory, procurement, contract negotiation, warehousing, and distribution.
You’ll work closely with operations, sales, and site leaders across multiple sites nationally, bringing efficiency, collaboration, and structure to the group. With autonomy and support from senior leadership this is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on creating positive change.
The Role
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive efficiency and business growth.
- Lead supplier management and contract negotiations across logistics, warehousing, and related services.
- Oversee demand planning, forecasting, imports/exports, and inventory optimisation.
- Collaborate with sites to centralise minimise third-party warehousing and distribution.
- Use ERP systems (SAP) to monitor performance, track KPIs, and improve processes.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in supply chain or logistics management (manufacturing/distribution preferred).
- Strong skills in supplier management and contract negotiation.
- Hands-on, collaborative leader who coaches and influences stakeholders.
- Ability to implement structure and processes in a dynamic environment.
- Tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, or logistics highly regarded.
- International export experience advantageous.
