We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Finance Executive for a short-term contract (3-4 months) to support our client during a critical phase of strategic activity. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the executive team and board on high-impact financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive capital raising activities
- Work closely with the CFO in overseeing recapitalisation planning and implementation
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a senior finance or CFO-level role (experience in a listed environment is preferable but not essential.
- Deep expertise in fund raising, investor relations, and capital markets.
- Demonstrated success in executing corporate restructuring or recapitalisation.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic finance leader with a strong deal background and a deep understanding of recapitalisation projects
