About the Role
Reporting to the Group General Manager - Technology Recruitment, you'll take ownership of state revenue growth, strategic account expansion and cross-divisional Technology recruitment opportunities.
Working closely with senior leaders across Davidson, you'll identify and convert new opportunities, strengthen existing client partnerships and position Technology Recruitment as a trusted advisor across the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving revenue growth, gross margin performance and strategic account expansion
- Developing and executing account growth and business development strategies
- Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across key client accounts
- Leading Technology recruitment strategy for cross-divisional opportunities involving Search, Advisory and Strategic Sales
- Managing complex recruitment opportunities from solution design through to commercial conversion
- Providing market insights and strategic workforce advice to clients
- Maintaining disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM governance
- Collaborating across the business to maximise commercial opportunities and deliver exceptional client outcomes
About You
You're a commercially astute recruitment leader with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and grow strategic client relationships.
You'll bring:
- Extensive Technology recruitment experience within agency, consulting or professional services
- A strong track record of achieving revenue and gross margin targets
- Demonstrated success in business development and strategic account management
- Experience engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders
- Strong commercial negotiation, forecasting and pipeline management skills
- Experience delivering retained, contract and permanent recruitment solutions
- Advanced CRM and ATS capability
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across multiple business units
