The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join a large-scale transformation program on a 12 month fixed-term contract, with strong scope for extension. As a Solutions Architect/Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture across HR, ERP, Payroll, Student Management, and Time & Attendance systems, ensuring integration and future readiness within this esteemed educational organisation.
The Role
In this role, you’ll provide architectural expertise across multiple platforms, delivering solutions that enable secure, scalable, and integrated outcomes.
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed solution designs
- Deliver secure and scalable solutions across ERP, HR, Payroll, and Student systems
- Support Time & Attendance platform design and production integration
- Oversee SAP ERP upgrade and ensure seamless interoperability across platforms
- Provide architectural oversight on Student Management integrations with research and learning systems
- Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to align solutions with strategic goals
About You
We are looking for experienced architects who can thrive in complex environments and bring strong education expertise.
- Proven background as an Enterprise or Solution Architect within education
- Expertise in ERP upgrades and integrations (ideally SAP products)
- Experience with Student Management platforms and/or Salesforce
- Exposure to Time & Attendance systems and HR/Payroll environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
- TOGAF or equivalent certification highly regarded
