The Opportunity
Initial 6 month contract opportunity to lead architecture across two critical initiatives: the design of an end-to-end Third Party Risk Management solution, and the remediation of complex people and financial data flows in ServiceNow. You’ll play a central role in strengthening security, data integrity, and integration across enterprise systems.
The Role
In this role, you will be accountable for designing, governing, and coordinating end-to-end solution architecture across two programs of work.
- Lead architecture for Third Party Risk Management, including ServiceNow workflows and tool integration
- Redesign ServiceNow data flows with Workday and SuccessFactors to reduce technical debt
- Develop conceptual, solution and roadmap architecture artefacts to guide delivery teams
- Define integration patterns, application, data, security, and infrastructure models
- Collaborate with enterprise and domain architects, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Present solution options, risks, and issues at governance forums
About You
You will bring strong experience in solution architecture with the ability to influence, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will have:
- Proven ability to design multi-system workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, ideally into Workday, and SuccessFactors
- Skilled in application, data, security, and infrastructure architecture
- Knowledge of 3rd Party Risk Management
- Ability to document and present solution options for executive and technical audiences
- Collaborative and confident engaging with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders
- Strong governance mindset with a focus on alignment and risk management
