Join a leading financial institution as a Fullstack Solution Designer, driving the design of complex enterprise systems. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring technology solutions align with architectural standards and business outcomes, leveraging your integration expertise across APIs, events, and batch processes.
The Role
As a Solution Designer, you’ll bridge the gap between architecture and development teams, delivering high-quality, scalable design solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and documenting fullstack solutions across multiple platforms
- Providing technical direction and design leadership across projects
- Developing and maintaining detailed system and functional design documents
- Ensuring designs align with enterprise architecture principles and performance standards
- Collaborating with Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts to deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes
- Identifying and resolving integration issues across systems and capabilities
About You
You’re an experienced Solution Designer who thrives in complex, large-scale environments. You bring strong technical and integration expertise with a passion for creating elegant, sustainable solutions.
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience in both backend and frontend solution design
- Deep integration experience – APIs, events, batch processing (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and architecture frameworks
- 5+ years’ experience in analysis and design on complex, multi-platform projects
- Exposure to mainframe, web, and data warehouse environments
- A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
Benefits
