ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Risk and Compliance solutions, including Business Continuity Planning (BCP). This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to align solutions with enterprise risk and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the architecture for ServiceNow Risk and Compliance applications, including BCP.
- Develop solution frameworks, integration strategies, and technical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational standards.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation and oversee solution quality.
- Conduct impact analysis for new features and platform upgrades.
- Mentor development teams and enforce best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of ServiceNow experience, with minimum 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Risk and Compliance suite (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCP).
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Knowledge of GRC frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL Foundation
