About the Role
This role is suited to a hands-on Solution Architect with strong technical depth who enjoys working close to delivery. You will lead the design and implementation of detailed, end-to-end solutions supporting customer-centric initiatives across electricity and gas domains, acting as both architectural authority and technical guide for delivery teams.
You will operate as an internal systems integrator, working closely with developers, business analysts, and delivery leads to design practical, build-ready solutions. The focus is on translating architecture into executable designs, shaping integration patterns, and guiding teams through complex implementations involving cloud platforms, CRM systems and core utility platforms such as Meter-to-Cash and Meter-to-Market.
This role requires strong solution design capability and technical leadership, particularly across cloud-native services and customer interaction models, while ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and internal standards.
About You

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead within the Australian electricity and gas sector

Strong understanding of Australian energy market regulations and DNSP operating models

Demonstrated ability to produce detailed solution designs, integration patterns and build-level artefacts

Hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud and AWS services including Lambda, Connect and messaging frameworks

Comfortable working close to delivery teams, bridging architecture and implementation

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate complex technical detail into clear, actionable outcomes
