About the Role
The Solution Architect is responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end architecture for a large-scale enterprise transformation focused on Field Service Management. The role develops future-state solution designs, architecture strategies, and technical standards aligned with business and digital objectives. Working closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and system integrators, the position ensures scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across the technology landscape. The role also defines functional and non-functional requirements, supports business case development, and provides architectural governance throughout the program lifecycle.
About You
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an enterprise architect with implementation experience in a complex utility environment preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing solutions and strategies for large scale implementation program with multi-layer complexity, preferably in the utility sector.
- Strong background in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural plans, strategies, and technical solutions for enterprise program.
- Familiarity with FSM (Field Service Management) platforms or functions in the utility space. Preferably with IFS FSM Cloud.
- Experience with SAP application systems including core functions (i.e. FI, CO, PM, MM, PS), IS-U, Business Warehouse, BTP, Integration Suite, GRC and UX solutions.
- Demonstrated experiences in strategy and roadmap development, future-state solution design, and implementation methodology aligning to best practice approach.
- Experience in collaborating with senior leaders, business & IT stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Experience in collaborating with system integrator resources to deliver the architecture related work products.
