Join a major digital banking program at a Big 4 Bank as a Front End Developer. You’ll help build modern customer-facing apps using React and microfrontend architecture. This is a great chance to work in a collaborative, high-performing team on projects that impact millions of users.
The Role
In these roles, you’ll build and enhance Internet Banking interfaces within a modern frontend stack.
- Deliver performant, responsive user interfaces using React
- Work within a microfrontend and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture
- Collaborate with designers, BAs and back end developers across squads
- Contribute to technical design and frontend architecture (esp. for senior)
- Maintain clean, reusable and testable codebases
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness and performance standards are met
About You
We’re looking for both Mid-level & Senior developers who bring a solid React background and thrive in large-scale banking evnvironments.
- Proven React.js experience building production-grade UIs
- Prior experience working in a Big 4 Bank is essential
- Familiarity with BFF patterns and microfrontends highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of modern front end tooling and testing practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
The Benefits
- Initial 12 month contract with scope for extension
- Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in Sydney office
